Terms of Service

Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before reserving or boarding any private transport vehicles operated by Viblycuriouscrw Hungary Kft. ("Company", "we", "our"). By submitting a booking request, executing a charter reservation confirmation, or boarding our coaches, you ("Client", "Charterer", "Guest") confirm your unconditional agreement to be bound by these provisions.

1. The Company & Scope of Operations

Viblycuriouscrw Hungary Kft. is a legally registered passenger transport entity organized under the laws of Hungary, maintaining registration number Cg. 01-09-948124 and operating with full certification from the Hungarian Transport Authority. Our services encompass chauffeured luxury party coaches, guided architectural nocturnal itineraries, specialized private event hospitality, and coordinated VIP nightlife transport across the territory of Budapest and surrounding Hungarian regions.

2. Reservation Protocols, Deposits & Payments

• Booking Confirmation: A charter is confirmed exclusively upon receipt of written booking documentation from our concierge and successful clearance of an initial reservation retainer of not less than 40% of the total charter fee.
• Settlement of Balance: The remaining 60% balance must be settled in full no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time via certified bank wire, credit card authorization, or approved corporate account invoice.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security authorization (€300 to €600 depending on vehicle classification) is held prior to departure against interior vandalism, excessive bio-hazard sanitation requirements, or deliberate equipment destruction.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

All cancellations must be transmitted in writing to [email protected]:

• Cancellations received more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the charter: Full refund minus a €75 administrative processing fee.
• Cancellations received between thirteen (13) and four (4) days prior: The 40% deposit is retained; any additional prepayments are returned.
• Cancellations received under seventy-two (72) hours: The entire charter fee is deemed earned and non-refundable.
• Force Majeure: In the event of catastrophic weather events, riverfront police closures, mechanical failure before dispatch, or state-level emergency restrictions, the Company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater luxury standard, reschedule the charter without penalty, or issue a full refund of all amounts paid.

4. Conduct, Passenger Safety & Chauffeur Authority

The safety of our guests, crew, and other road users is paramount. Pursuant to Hungarian traffic safety legislation (KRESZ):

• The Chauffeur possesses absolute legal command of the vehicle. If any passenger compromises vehicle stability, attempts to access the driving cabin, engages in physical altercations, or throws objects from windows, the chauffeur is legally authorized to terminate the charter immediately without refund.
• Smoking, vaping, and the usage of illicit narcotics inside our vehicles are strictly forbidden. Infractions result in instant termination of the rental and immediate forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Passenger count must never exceed the manufacturer certification stamped on the vehicle registration badge (36 passengers for The Imperial Ruby; 20 passengers for Crown Danube Noir).

5. Alcohol Consumption & Age Limitations

Guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age under Hungarian law (18 years of age or older). Viblycuriouscrw reserves the right to verify legal photo identification before departure. The Company advocates responsible enjoyment; excessively intoxicated guests may be refused entry to the vehicle at the chauffeur’s discretion to safeguard the party.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Hungarian jurisprudence:

• The Company maintains comprehensive commercial motor carrier passenger liability insurance. However, the Company accepts no liability for items of personal property lost, stolen, or damaged inside the coaches before, during, or after charter execution.
• The Company shall not be held liable for itinerary delays caused by unexpected urban traffic congestion, bridge maintenance, emergency municipal detours, or delays caused by guests arriving late to their scheduled boarding slots.
• Indirect, punitive, or consequential damages are explicitly excluded from our total aggregate liability under this Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property & Digital Rights

All designs, WebGL assets, typography combinations, logotypes, brand markers ("Viblycuriouscrw"), code structures, and media assets presented on viblycuriouscrw.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Viblycuriouscrw Hungary Kft. and are protected under Hungarian and international copyright conventions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of Hungary. Any unresolved controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or in connection with our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary (Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság / Fővárosi Törvényszék).
